I am a Software Engineer with extensive leadership experience in Fintech and mathematical models based development. This blog is centered around an organizational behavior model called Agile Congruence that I have developed and successfully applied over my career.
Agile Congruence is my governing theory of how organizations can use software engineering to drive organizational change and increase organizational effectiveness.
The ideas here are for people working with enterprise software: software engineers, UX designers, executives, and managers in companies that build software for business users.
